What My Clients Think

I think the main thing that I have achieved since the start of my coaching sessions is an ability to think about things in more depth. I have questioned myself a lot through this process in a good way and it has given me the opportunity to really think about how I am at work, what I want to achieve and how I can come to find a great balance.
I have really enjoyed the sessions.
The coaching has been really beneficial. It has given me an opportunity to question things in a positive way and offered me solutions to those questions.  I think this would give me some great tools to do my job, therefore benefitting [my employer]. This would be great for other colleagues and anything that offers a bit of a challenge can only be a good thing. I personally really enjoy developmental things and I think sometimes just knowing you are not the only one with the big feelings can be really comforting.
I think the session length is great, just right. I also really liked the face to face sessions and didn’t think that I would like the Teams calls, but actually didn’t mind that too much. It was good to have the option if needed.
I thought you were very approachable, and I liked your suggestions of ‘trusting the process’. I think this is something that you have to do be able to do in order to be able to get something out of it.
What have I achieved since the start of the coaching sessions? More structure to my working week and my team’s.  I am communicating more effectively and setting clearer objectives to the team. What I might have judged as negative have been acknowledged as positives on many occasions giving me more confidence. Tools to identify the different personalities for myself and the team have helped with how I manage them.
It has helped me become more effective as a leader allowing my team to develop at the same time as I place more focus on the need to train and delegate. I have also identified how I need to manage different members of my team to make them more effective.
I felt comfortable at all times and always felt I could say anything without judgement.
I have learnt what my strengths and weaknesses are. I have therefore achieved greater self-awareness and been able to focus on how to strengthen my weaknesses to help reach my potential.
What has been particularly helpful? Having the support to unearth what are my areas for development.
I would recommend it to anyone. It has been great to have the dedicated time to explore my skills, performance, limitations and potential.
It has been helpful to have a dedicated time to discuss the issues I brought to the coaching session, as I have often put them to the back of my mind. I also made a commitment to start celebrating my milestones.
I think that coaching has benefitted me in my personal life, my studying and my job. It has made me much more organised in my job and I often plan my day out, to make sure I do the most important job first, not the job I want to do first. I believe it has therefore made me more productive in my work.
Keith is a very good coach. He is very calm and non-judgmental which creates the perfect coaching environment in my opinion. I don’t have any negative points to say on my coaching experience, because I found the sessions very helpful and the points I have taken away from the sessions will continue to help me.
