Coaching

Keith has over 30 years of experience working in the complex, highly regulated, competitive and people-reliant legal sector. He is also a solicitor. His background is in litigation and commercial work, where he has amassed extensive knowledge and experience in negotiation and working with people. For many years he has been managing director of a multi-million-pound multi-site law firm leading its transformation and growth and driving its current success, always supporting and valuing others in the organisation.

He enjoys helping others help themselves and relies heavily on his own values and beliefs, particularly his belief in the potential within people. Keith has been an accredited mediator since 2007, when he found a better way of resolving disputes. He trained at Regents College London at the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Keith is an accredited coach and adheres to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies and ethics. He is also an accredited member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)] and he adds value to people and organisations through executive and leadership coaching. He enjoys the lightbulb moments during coaching and the self-awareness and progress that he helps generate by providing a safe and trusted space for his clients (coachees) to explore and find outcomes and tangible results.
